|
This is 100% active mixture of low molecular
weight polyster and other polymeric outstanding dispersing and
antiredeposition and scouring agents.
Product exihibits outstanding dye antiredeposition properties.
It
works equally very well on cotton, polyster and poly/cotton blends in
providing a high contrast finish during stone washing, garment wet
processintg and scouring systems.
Apparence : Tan colour solid
Solid : 100%
Melting point : 50-55 C
Solubility : Dispersible in water
Ionic nature : Non-ionic
pH : 4.0-4.5
Dilution Procedure:
Heat
water 60-80 C by simply mixing one part of product with four parts
until well dispersed. (or max quantity as 30% of product to water)
Melt
the product in drum, when completely melted charge one part of product
with four of water simply mixing 10-20 minutes.( or max quantity as 30%
of product to water)
Application:
Desize Bath : 0.2-0.3% o.w.g
Abrasion cycle : 0.3-0.6% o.w.g
Storage Stability:
Product can be stored at least 6-7 months in normal temperature. Above 40C product may be reduced substantially. |
