It is a high alkaline complex powder detergent,
which can be used to improve wash effectiveness and soil removal during
scouring as well as being an efficient replacement for an alkali,
stabilizer, and surfactant in many peroxide pre-bleach procedures.

APPEARANCE: Granular free flowing powder
pH (1%): 11.5 � 12.5
Storage and Handling:
POMOCO
139 is highly hydroscopic and a powder. Even though this product has
been formulated to minimize the hydroscopic effect, it should be stored
in as dry an area as possible. If material should get wet, break lumps
and use as normal.
APPLICATIONS :
The following procedures can be used for 100% cotton, cotton/core lycra, and 90/10 cotton bare lycra.
CHEMICAL BATH FORMULATIONS:
PRE-SCOUR BEFORE DYEING
LIGHT COLORS:
3.0% owg Ultradet X-AC 0.5% owg Lubricant #1 1.5% owg Lubricant #2 3.0% owg Hydrogen Peroxide (50%)
MEDIUM COLORS: 2.0% owg Ultradet X-AC 0.5% owg Lubricant #1 1.5% owg Lubricant #2 2.0% owg Hydrogen Peroxide (50%)
DARK COLORS:
2.0% owg Ultradet X-AC 0.5% owg Lubricant #1 1.5% owg Lubricant #2
WHITES:
3.0% owg Ultradet X-AC 0.5% owg Lubricant #1 1.5% owg Lubricant #2 6-8% owg Hydrogen Peroxide (50%) X% owg Optical Brightener
RUN PROCEDURE:
1. Fill machine
2. Set bath to 100ºF.
3. Add lubricants.
4. Add Ultradet X-AC and run for 10 minutes.
5. Add Hydrogen Peroxide.
6. If WHITES, add optical brightener.
7. Run for 15 minutes.
8. Heat to 180-200ºF.( 75-85 C )
9. Hold at temperature for 30 to 60 minutes.
10. Cool slowly to prevent crack and crease marks.
NOTE:
In all lycra containing fabrics, cooling is extra important. Cool as slow as possible to prevent crack and crease marks.
CAUTION:
Do not mix product and Hydrogen Peroxide in concentrate forms. Such mixture could cause a vigorous reaction and injury.
