Buffer for pH 4.5–5.5
- CONCENTRATED BUFFER SOLUTION
- PROVIDES A BRIGHTER AND CLEANER APPEARANCE TO
THE GARMENT
- STRONG BUFFER CURVE AND RESISTANCE TO ALKALI
It is a buffer for use in the wet processing of textiles enzymes requiring bath conditions of 4.0 – 6.0
The product works especially well in the pH range of 4.5 – 5.5 in enzyme baths for cellulase and laccase or for any other pH applications.
APPEARANCE : Water-white clear solution
pH : 4.50 +/- 1.0 (1% soln)
SOLUBILITY: Soluble
SPECIFIC GRAVITY: 1.16 +/- 0.020
APPLICATIONS:
It is used for setting the pH of processing baths to the pH range of 4.0–6.0
Normal application is 0.7- 1.0% owg buffer.
STORAGE:
It should be stored in its original container in a cool and dry environment.
