IT IS A VERY ECONOMICAL LIQUID ALKALI.

It is designed to replace the conventional alkalis used in denim wet processing.
It builds good alkalinity in the bath while at the same time buffering the process.
It is free rinsing, so it rinses easily off the garments and will not cause scale build-up on the machines. When used alone or in conjunction with a liquid detergent,it provides for a simple garment cleanup process.

APPLICATIONS:
Recommended use levels range between 0.5% and 1.0% o.w.g. depending upon the amount of alkalinity required. As the level of the product in the bath increases, the amount of color pull on the garment will also increase.
When bleaching with sodium hypochlorite, the addition of 0.25% o.w.g, it will provide buffering to the bath and provide a slower, more even release of the bleaching agent.
When bleaching with calcium hypochlorite, the addition of 1.0% o.w.g , it will provide the necessary alkalinity and pH hold required for the process.
STORAGE:
It may freeze if exposed to temperatures of 0 C or lower for prolonged periods of time. |
